High Volume Friction Material Clutch Face Grinding Machine - Model ADD/F

Ideal for producing accurately ground clutch facings in small batches at up to 360 parts per hour. 

Clutch facings between 6" (150mm) and 16" (410mm) are simply ground by rotating the clutch face on a support bar between the set gap of a pair of 20" (508mm) grinding wheels. 

Grinding head position is adjustable to suit different widths of clutch plate.

Designed for high volume production clutch plates are fed from a magazine by a constantly rotating pair of drive belts. Facings are ground between a set gap a pair of 30"

(762mm) grinding wheels, before ejection at the rear of the machine.

Clutch facings between 10" (250mm) and 19" (480mm) can be ground at up to 5000 facings per hour.
