High volume machinery for grinding a wear indicator groove on both edges of brake blocks for commercial vehicles.

Brake blocks are loaded onto a constantly rotating work fixture and located against a driving edge. The work fixture has the same diameter as the inside radius of the brake block, fixture speed is 2 RPM.

Low volume machine used for drilling wear indicator notches in commercial brake blocks. The machine is magazine fed and drills indicator notches in two blocks at the same time. The size, position and depth of notch can easily be changed to suit a variety of references.

As standard the machine is equipped with automatic magazine loading and unloading, for  fully automatic operation.
The design of this machine is suitable for small production runs, offering flexibility and low cost.

A wear indicator groove is ground  both edges of a brake block, for commercial vehicles in one operation.
